•10k Town Loop - Mon & Wed: 7pm
•10k Off-road Run - Tue & Thur: 6am
•Hill Training - Thur: 8pm
•Fit4Life/Intermediate/Advanced Track Session - Tue: 6.45pm
•Fit4Life Road Run - Thur: 6.45pm & Sat: 8am
•Long Runs (10/20/30k) - Sat & Sun: 6am & 7am
•All runs start at Aces Track.
•Different paced groups to suit all fitness levels.
Weekly Training Times Juveniles:
•Located at Phoenix Centre
•U8's - Mon: 6:30pm - 7:30pm (Sep - Mar)
•Located at Aces Track
•U9's and older - Mon: 7:00pm - 8:00pm (Sep-Jun)
•U9's and older - Wed: 7:00pm - 8:00pm (Nov-Jun)
•Located at Emmets playing field
•U9's and older cross country - Wed: 6:00pm - 7:00pm (Sep-Nov)
