Starting Tuesday night floodlights at Carrick Aces Track [Eircode: A81 DX50] will be switched on at the following times:▪Tuesday: 7pm-8.30pm▪Thursday & Friday: 6pm-8.30pm. Anyone using the Track is asked not to train in groups & please adhere to social distancing guidelines
Well done to all Aces members who took part in the KBC Virtual marathon/ half marathon/4 miler on the Bank Holiday weekend. Some excellent results were achieved and full results can be found on the KBC Virtual marathon results page
As we enter Level 5 restrictions, the good news is that the track will remain open to members of the public to allow individual exercise in a safe environment.

Odhran Smith performed well out of age in the under 15's 2500m race as did Cait Hughes, Faith Hill and Ciara Mc Cahey in the u13 Girls 1500m. Our under 11 girls, Sinead Mc Cahey, Hannah Hill and Maeve Smith ran well in exceptionally tough conditions, with Maeve finishing a fantastic 9th in a field of over 120 to win a highly coveted top 12 National Medal.
